Job Summary
Provide home-based care to patients in CT as a Home Health RN with Interim HealthCare, performing assessments, coordinating with physicians and overseeing LPNs/CNAs, educating patients and families on plans of care, medications, therapy, diet and home safety, and coordinating discharge from services; per visit pay and flexible, autonomous scheduling enable work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- active RN license in CT
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, ideally in home healthcare
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty
