Per Diem Registered Nurse- Operating Room, Cobble Hill Ambulatory Surgery *Experience Required*

Conduct patient care responsibilities in the operating room, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of expected outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to formulate and modify comprehensive patient-centered plans of care while prioritizing care based on collected data. Document assessments, interventions, and educational progress in medical records using EHR tools, and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes. Adhere to NY State Nurse Practice Act, quality and safety performance improvement plans, and unit throughput metrics. Participate in unit practice councils and engage in self-assessment to support professional development.
