Job Summary
Per Diem RN for adults with ID/DD in residential homes. Administer and safely store medications; address daily health care needs including first aid; assess health requirements and monitor conditions; assist with lifting and transfers; provide preventive health services (BP checks, weight, health education); collaborate with staff to develop health-related programs; serve as a health care resource for staff, clients, families, and care providers; maintain client medical files and ISP documentation; participate in nursing assessments and documentation; provide/in-service training with nursing staff; attend required trainings and meetings; protect health and safety of clients and staff; perform additional duties as assigned by the Healthcare Supervisor. Requirements: MA RN license, one year of experience; ability to pass fingerprint, CORI, DPPC, and driving background checks; driving license; strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Current license with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- one year of nursing experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fingerprints background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks
