Per Diem Radiology Technologist - South Shore Health Urgent Care (multiple locations available)

Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Radiology Technologist performs interpretive, patient care and technical functions to ensure proper radiologic diagnosis. Responsibilities include patient identification and preparation, verifying requisitions, sequencing imaging procedures, handling contrast agents, maintaining equipment and ensuring patient safety, communication with patients and families, sterile technique, radiation protection, documentation, quality assurance of exams, and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines. Must meet MA state licensure/temporary license requirements and BLS/ACLS expectations; standard shifts include varied hours with potential travel to other sites for coverage.
