Job Summary

This Per Diem Radiologist role focuses on performing health assessments, running diagnostic tests, prescribing medications and creating treatment plans, while providing health and wellness education. Duties include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, prescribing and administering medications and therapies, performing procedures, ordering and interpreting tests, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. The role involves leadership and supervision of medical residents/interns, participation in hospital committees and continuing medical education, and maintaining accurate medical records. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Residency completed
- Fellowship completed if appropriate for medical specialty
- Licensure to practice medicine
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty
- Hospital approved credentials (medical license, clinical privileges)
- Unrestricted DEA number
- Appropriate certificate for area of practice (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.)
