Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with patients in-office and via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teammates through daily huddles while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states as needed. This per diem role supports One Medical's mission to transform healthcare by delivering quality, affordable care across Oakland, CA office locations.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident
- If not yet Board Certified, must have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
