Job Summary
Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with patients in-office and via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. This per diem, hourly role requires 8-23 patient care hours per week. Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency, hold a California state license, and practice at least two years in an outpatient primary care setting. Board certification or eligibility is required.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident
- If not yet Board Certified, must have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
