Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits across multiple Durham, NC offices, including occasional tele-health sessions. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles while utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Maintain broad patient care without panel-building responsibilities, adapting to varying office needs for an average of 8–20 hours weekly. Requires current or obtainable North Carolina licensure, 2+ years of primary care experience, and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of North Carolina
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
