Job Summary

Conduct acute, chronic, and well patient visits in-office and via telehealth, collaborating with teammates through daily huddles and utilizing clinical training for in-office procedures. See a broad array of patient needs without panel-building responsibilities, while obtaining additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states. Work 8-23 hours weekly as a per diem clinician earning $177/hour across San Francisco locations. This role supports One Medical's mission to transform healthcare delivery through human-centered primary care, offering 100% malpractice coverage, a laptop, and UpToDate access.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident
  • If not yet Board Certified, must have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year
  • If not yet Board Certified, must be scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
  • State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
