Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with patients in-office and via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Maintain state licensure in California and pursue additional credentialing for virtual primary care across other states. This per diem role supports One Medical's mission to transform healthcare delivery through human-centered care and evidence-based practice. Clinicians work 8-23 hours per week at multiple San Francisco locations.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident
- If not yet Board Certified, must have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
