Job Summary
Per Diem Primary Care Physician (Casual Employee) seeing patients with a broad array of needs in-office and via tele-health, 8-23 patient care hours per week. Collaboration with in-office and virtual teams; opportunity to perform in-office procedures; eligible to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states. Requires completion or current enrollment in an Internal or Family Medicine residency; outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; California state license. Includes malpractice coverage, benefits eligibility for regular team members, and access to CME and clinical resources. Located in Burlingame, CA with office-based work; exposure to both in-person and tele-health care.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
