Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well patient visits in-office and via occasional tele-health at the Congress Avenue clinic. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Maintain licensure in Texas and obtain additional state credentials for virtual primary care as needed. Work 8-23 hours per week as a casual employee earning $73.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
