Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with patients across multiple Austin, TX offices, including in-person care and occasional tele-health sessions. Collaborate daily with in-office and virtual clinical teams via huddles while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Maintain licensure in Texas and build relationships with team members through effective communication. This per diem role supports a diverse team focused on transforming healthcare delivery and improving patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be able to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
