Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with patients across multiple Austin, TX offices, including in-person care and occasional tele-health sessions. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Maintain broad patient needs coverage without panel-building responsibilities, adapting to uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues. Requires at least two years of primary care experience, current Texas licensure, and an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be able to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
