Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with patients in-office and via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing specific clinical training for in-office procedures. Maintain current Texas licensure or obtain it, and pursue additional state licensure for virtual primary care as needed. This per diem role supports One Medical's mission to transform healthcare delivery at the Congress Avenue clinic in Austin, TX. Providers participate in weekly learning rounds and receive a laptop for EHR access.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
