Job Summary
Create personalized treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability. Deliver hands-on care and monitor patient progress from evaluation to recovery. Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members to support patient goals. Play a key role in enhancing the clinic's services and meeting patient needs more effectively. This per diem position offers work-life balance with no nights, weekends, or holidays, including a CEU stipend and additional time off. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or similar
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Georgia PT license
- CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Solid understanding of PT principles and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
