Job Summary
Conduct initial exams, evaluate data to identify problems, and determine diagnoses prior to intervention. Plan and carry out individually designed physical treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, or prevent dysfunction. Administer manual exercises, massage, or traction to relieve pain and increase strength. Record prognosis, treatment response, and progress in patient charts or computer systems. Instruct patients and families in home treatment procedures. Confer with medical practitioners to plan and assess intervention programs. Requires current NJ Physical Therapist State License and graduate of accredited therapy program. Per-Diem schedule at $57/hour in Monroe Township, NJ.
