Job Summary
Provide clinical oversight of pharmacy operations as pharmacist on duty, supervising technicians and ensuring safe, evidence-based patient care. Conduct clinical reviews, patient assessments, and refill consultations; maintain compliance with state boards, URAC/ACHC/The Joint Commission accreditation standards, and internal quality programs. Operate in a relief/per diem capacity at LUX Infusion in Foxborough, MA, delivering cost-effective medication therapy and education while upholding regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state noted in the posting
- Experience providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy-related technology platforms
