Job Summary
Provide patients with accurate product recommendations, dosing, consumption methods, and details while assisting with concerns, complaints, and feedback adjustments. Train team members on product knowledge and ensure compliance with inventory, security, and regulatory protocols. Build relationships with physicians, patients, and community professionals while overseeing inventory audits, forecasting, and dispensing operations. Maintain systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis. Work in a professional retail environment requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state you're applying for
- Strong knowledge of the retail and pharmacy landscape
- Flexibility with scheduling, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and finger to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to climb, balance, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- High stress tolerance
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
