Job Summary
Provide patients with accurate product recommendations, dosing guidance, and consumption methods while adjusting advice based on feedback. Assist with patient care, concerns, and complaints, ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and regulatory protocols. Train team members on product knowledge and oversee store operations, including inventory audits and dispensing procedures. Build relationships with physicians, politicians, and community professionals to support outreach and patient education. Maintain regulatory reporting systems and analyze sales data to forecast inventory and ensure adherence to federal and state laws. Work in a retail environment requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- An active Pharmacy License in the state you're applying for
- Strong knowledge of the retail and pharmacy landscape
- Flexibility with scheduling, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and finger to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to climb, balance, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- High stress tolerance
- Adaptability, and be flexible to work in an ever-changing environment
