Job Summary
Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties processing prescriptions; provide medication information; immunizations where allowed; ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy; focus on customer service; handling usual and customary pharmacy duties as a temporary, intermittent employee covering PTO/absences at Genoa Pharmacy locations in Paducah and Mayfield, KY. Requires a BA or PharmD in Pharmacy, current Kentucky pharmacist license, LAI training, and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- BA or PharmD in Pharmacy
- Current pharmacist license in state of Kentucky
- Willing to complete LAI Training and administer LAI
- Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
