Job Summary
Per diem Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician sought for St. Luke's University Health Network's Children’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. Must be board-certified or board-eligible and fellowship-trained in PEM. Shifts currently run from 11 AM to 9 PM (10 hours) with ongoing work toward 24/7 coverage. Provides emergency care to pediatrics with 24/7 pediatric-trained nursing support and malpractice coverage. The department expands from a 6-bed unit to 10 beds in Fall 2026. Supports EM residents and PEM shifts; participates in resident education and multidisciplinary pediatric care within a large network serving over 320,000 annual patients. The role supports a robust team of pediatric specialists across multiple disciplines and involves collaboration with pediatric residents and various subspecialists in an academic, teaching hospital setting.
