Job Summary
Per diem Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician needed for St. Luke's Children's Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. Must be board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained in PEM. Current shifts run 11 AM–9 PM (10 hours) with ongoing work toward 24/7 coverage. Pediatric-trained nurses are available 24/7; ED expanding from 6 to 10 beds in Fall 2026; EM residents supported for PEM shifts; part of a large, multi-campus network providing emergency care to over 320,000 patients annually. This role offers malpractices coverage and a collaborative environment with extensive pediatric subspecialty support.
Required Qualifications
- board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician
- per diem/contract position
- pediatric emergency department experience preferred
- EM residency support for PEM shifts
- malpractice coverage provided
