Job Summary
Per diem Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician needed to join St. Luke's Children's Hospital Pediatric Emergency Department in Bethlehem, PA. Responsibilities include providing emergency care for pediatric patients on shifts (currently 11 AM–9 PM; pursuing 24/7 coverage). Board-certified or board-eligible PEM with fellowship training. Malpractice coverage provided. Pediatric nurses available 24/7. The department is expanding the ED capacity from 6 beds to 10 beds with EM resident support. The role supports an established, teaching-hospital environment with interdepartmental pediatric specialists, inpatient units, PICU, and multiple residency programs across a large regional network.
