Job Summary
Greet patients, visitors, and staff at the hospital information desk; produce visitor badges by querying patient/visitor data; provide accurate information on hospital services, departments, and directions; assist with locating destinations; answer phones and route inquiries; maintain organized information desk with brochures and maps; coordinate with hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow; handle complaints with professionalism and empathy and escalate when needed; maintain confidentiality and stay updated on hospital policies and safety procedures; general orientation and ongoing training are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
