Job Summary
Per diem Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join the Mount Sinai Health System affiliate at Elmhurst Hospital Center. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring OMFS residents in clinic and sedation settings; potential operating room privileges (not required to cover OR duties). Candidates must have a DDS or DMD degree and be board eligible or board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with NY license, DEA and Medicaid number. Strong clinical abilities in outpatient, inpatient and sedation settings; teaching/mentoring residents preferred. Per diem rate is $160/hour. Location: Elmhurst, NY (Queens), with no mandatory remote work.
