Job Summary
Per diem Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon sought to join Mount Sinai Health System affiliated Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens, NY. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring OMFS residents in clinic and sedation settings with optional operating room privileges. The role focuses on orthognathic practice growth, bone regeneration and implantology services. Requires DDS or DMD with NY license, DEA and Medicaid numbers; board eligibility/certification in OMFS. Candidates should exhibit strong clinical and surgical skills across outpatient, inpatient and sedation settings; teaching/mentoring residents is preferred. Per diem rate is $160/hour.
