Job Summary
Per diem Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon sought to join The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/NYC Health + Hospitals Elmhurst in expanding orthognathic, bone regeneration, and implantology services. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring residents in clinic and sedation settings, contributing to clinical decision-making and surgical technique guidance, with optional operating room privileges. Strong clinical abilities in outpatient, inpatient, and sedation settings are required; teaching/mentoring residents is preferred. The role is based at Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens, NY. Competitive per diem rate of $160/hour. EO/EEO compliant.
