Job Summary
Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant in a Cambridge, MA facility. Responsibilities include communicating resident progress to supervisors, evaluating and developing skilled plans of care, coordinating with physicians, documenting daily treatment sessions in compliance with licensing and payer requirements, instructing residents’ families or nursing staff on functional levels, maintaining safe and clean equipment/workspace, and providing support to center interdisciplinary departments. Qualifications require graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and a current, in-good-standing state OT license; one year of Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term-Care experience preferred. Weekend shift differential of $3 plus base pay and weekly pay are noted advantages.
Required Qualifications
