Job Summary
Per Diem LMSW/LMHC position at the Dutchess County Stabilization Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Provides direct crisis and behavioral health services as part of a multidisciplinary team, including assessments, referrals, crisis intervention, discharge planning, trauma-informed and person-centered care, and advocacy to help individuals access care. Requires current LMSW or LMHC licensure, ability to collaborate with families and youth, strong communication, and background checks. Monday–Sunday shifts with specific 3pm–11pm weekday and 7am–3pm weekend coverage; weekend availability needed. Bilingual is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure of LMSW or LMHC.
- Experience working with diverse populations and those with multiple needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
