Job Summary
Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to administer medications, monitor health needs, perform nursing assessments, and maintain client medical files for adults with ID/DD in a nonprofit setting. Responsibilities include first aid and emergency care, promoting preventive health maintenance, documenting progress notes and ISP requirements, and providing training/support to staff. Requires MA LPN licensure, at least one year experience, fingerprint/CORI/DPPC and driving background checks, and a valid driver’s license. Shifts vary (1st, 2nd, 3rd; Weekdays and Weekends). Required Qualifications
- Current license with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- One year of experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Nice to have: Experience with ID/DD
