Job Summary
Per Diem Laundry Assistant at Messiah Lifeways in Mechanicsburg, PA. Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing resident laundry and community linens; delivering clean linens to designated neighborhoods; reading garment labels and following special laundering instructions; inspecting items; operating washers and dryers safely; maintaining a clean, organized laundry area; following infection control and safety procedures; working with a caring team to serve older adults. Schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with weekend opportunities and potential for additional shifts; must be at least 18 years old.
