Per Diem Hospice RN Nurse

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families. Provide case management, patient/family education, and coordinate resources while delivering pain and symptom management using evidence-based interventions. Delegate tasks to interdisciplinary team members as appropriate and maintain regulatory compliance within a focused King County territory. Requires current Washington State RN license, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle.
