Job Summary
Provide home-based occupational therapy services as a licensed COTA in Port St. Lucie, FL. Deliver therapy treatments to patients in a home-health setting; schedule supports a flexible, per-diem/part-time/temporary arrangement with options for full-time as needed. Requires Florida COTA license, CPR certification, malpractice insurance, a recent physical exam, and a minimum of 3 years COTA experience. Excellent communication and written skills, strong attention to detail, and highly organized work habits are essential. Typical schedule runs Monday to Friday with after-hours cases available; multiple locations noted under work location. Experience in geriatrics and Medicare home health is preferred.
