Job Summary
Conduct daily patient visits in Milpitas, Santa Clara, San Jose, and surrounding areas as a per diem Home Health Aide. Provide compassionate home-based care to clients while maintaining current California CHHA certification and active CPR credentials. Complete at least one year of paid home health field experience and utilize a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel. Work flexible per diem schedules across North and South teams in Santa Clara County. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is strongly preferred. Required Qualifications
