Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care including companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, daily living activities, transportation to appointments, and health monitoring for clients in their homes. Role involves assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation; communicate changes in health to the RN Case Manager and contribute to the plan of care. Flexible scheduling with weekend availability and potential for additional hours. Training and development opportunities and competitive pay. Location: Rochester, MN with on-site care delivery; Caregiver duties emphasize dignity-centered, compassionate support to maintain client independence.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient, and caring nature
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance
- Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray
- Availability to work 2 weekend days per month
