Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive care and services to elderly patients under the PACE model at Providence ElderPlace, focusing on predominantly outpatient settings with some nursing home and home care visits. Provide primary and specialty medical care to seniors, coordinating services to help older adults remain active in their community. Work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 1+ years' experience preferred. Join a team of caring, well-established providers in Seattle, Washington.
