Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive care and services to elderly patients under the PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, focusing on keeping older adults as healthy as possible. Provide predominantly outpatient care with some nursing home and home care responsibilities. Join a team of caring, well-established providers at Providence ElderPlace in Seattle, Washington. Monday to Friday schedule; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is $150.36 per hour, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives. Providers may have CME benefits available.
