Per Diem General Security/Maintenance - 2nd/3rd Shift

Per Diem General Maintenance/Security team member to maintain security coverage for the Kendal community (building and grounds). Provides maintenance-related tasks, conducts routine rounds, and responds to emergencies. Assists nursing staff with needs such as lockouts, fire alarms, and medic alerts; completes rounds and incident reports; supports general services including heating, lighting, water, and wastewater. Requires availability for 3:00–11:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM shifts on any day (including weekends) with a minimum of 2 shifts per month; High School degree/equivalent, two years of relevant experience, and active driver’s license; ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and lift/move 50–100 pounds.
