Per Diem General Security/Maintenance - 2nd/3rd Shift

Per Diem General Maintenance/Security team member responsible for maintaining security coverage for the Kendal community and performing minor maintenance tasks, rounds, and routine equipment checks. Duties include questioning unfamiliar individuals on premises, completing rounds and incident reports, assisting nursing staff with lockouts, fire alarms, and medic alerts, and responding to emergencies affecting general services (heating, lighting, water, wastewater). Requires ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and lift/move 50–100 pounds; HS diploma or equivalent; two years of relevant experience; and an active driver’s license. Shifts available are 3:00–11:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM on any day including weekends, with a minimum of 2 shifts per month; located on-site in Hanover, NH.
