Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with patients in-office and via occasional tele-health, utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Collaborate with teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams while maintaining a broad array of patient needs. Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. Work 8-23 hours per week as a per diem clinician at multiple San Francisco locations. One Medical covers 100% of malpractice insurance and provides an UpToDate subscription.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
