Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits for patients in-office and via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. This per diem, hourly role spans 8-23 patient care hours weekly across multiple San Francisco locations. Clinicians must hold a national certification with recent primary care experience and receive full malpractice coverage, an UpToDate subscription, and a company-issued laptop.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
