Job Summary

Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with patients in-office and via occasional telehealth. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing specific clinical training for in-office procedures. Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states as needed. Work 8-23 hours per week across multiple San Francisco locations at an hourly rate of $96.00. This per diem role supports One Medical's mission to transform healthcare delivery through human-centered primary care.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
  • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting
  • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
  • State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
