Job Summary
Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits for patients in-office and via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Maintain state licensure in CA and obtain additional credentialing for virtual primary care in other states as needed. This per diem role supports a diverse, driven team dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery and improving patient experience across San Francisco locations.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
