Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with 8–23 patients weekly across in-office and occasional tele-health settings. Collaborate with clinical teammates via daily huddles and perform in-office procedures using your specific training. Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states as needed. Maintain clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care while communicating effectively with diverse patient backgrounds. This role requires a national certification from an accredited NP or PA program with recent primary care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
