Job Summary
Per diem Family Nurse Practitioner providing in-office primary care with occasional tele-health visits for One Medical. The role involves seeing a broad array of patient needs across acute, chronic, and well visits, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams, and performing in-office procedures. Requires NP national certification, CA license, and a track record of 2+ years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year with a fellowship/urgent care experience), with willingness to obtain licensure for virtual primary care in additional states. The position is hourly, based in San Francisco, CA, with an hourly rate of $96 and a schedule of 8-23 patient care hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification
- 103 NP or 104 NP categorized NP in California, able to practice autonomously without physician supervision
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting plus a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
