Job Summary
Per diem Family Nurse Practitioner providing in-office primary care with occasional telehealth at One Medical in the San Francisco Bay Area. Role is hourly, casual employment with 8–23 patient care hours per week, practicing in-office and via tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams, and eligible for credentialing in additional states. Requires completed NP program with national certification and CA licensure able to practice autonomously; outpatient primary care experience (2 years) or 1 year with a primary care fellowship/urgent care experience. In-office procedures and technology-enabled care are part of daily practice; benefits include malpractice coverage, CME support, and comprehensive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification
- 103 NP or 104 NP categorized NP in California, able to practice autonomously without physician supervision
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
