Job Summary
Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner at One Medical seeing patients with acute, chronic, and well visits in an in-office and tele-health capacity. Role involves collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams, potential for in-office procedures, and readiness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in multiple states. This hourly, casual role covers sites in California (San Francisco area) with a focus on human-centered primary care, effective use of technology, and delivering high-quality care within outpatient primary care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification
- 103 NP or 104 NP categorized NP in California, able to practice autonomously without physician supervision
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
