Job Summary
Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits with patients in-office and via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles while utilizing specific clinical training for in-office procedures. Manage a broad array of patient needs across all ages without panel-building responsibilities. This per diem role spans 8–23 hours weekly across multiple San Francisco offices. Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed a Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency, board certified or eligible, and state licensed in California. Hourly pay is $177, with full malpractice insurance coverage and access to UpToDate and a One Medical laptop.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident
- If not yet Board Certified, must have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
