Job Summary
Per Diem Family Medicine Physician providing hourly clinical coverage across multiple San Francisco Bay Area offices, seeing a broad mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with in-office procedures and occasional tele-health, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams; licensed in California, board-certified (or board-eligible with residency completion and upcoming exam), and enrolled in or having completed a Family Medicine/Medicine-Pediatrics residency; hourly clinician role with per diem scheduling at One Medical offices in Daly City and San Francisco, CA; includes malpractice coverage, CME support, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible regular team members, with an emphasis on human-centered primary care and use of technology in care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- 8-23 patient care hours per week
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
